The project “Modular Home Units (MHU)” aims to develop a sustainable and affordable housing concept based on modular design and circular economy principles. The project focuses on creating adaptable housing units that can be configured as standalone homes, connected units, or larger complexes to meet different urban and rural housing needs. By applying modular construction, local production, and resource-efficient materials, the initiative enables faster and more cost-effective housing solutions with reduced environmental impact. The project will deliver a functional housing prototype tested under real conditions, supported by technical documentation and visual presentation. Expected results include the completion and demonstration of the first modular housing prototype and the establishment of a scalable model for sustainable housing development.
