The Green Supply Chain Management project, implemented by MIVAKA DOO Beograd in Serbia, focuses on creating a sustainable and eco-friendly approach to managing chicken farm waste. The primary goal is to establish an efficient bedding material for poultry farms and a composting process for chicken litter. This project aims to produce high-quality organic fertilizers from chicken litter, thereby reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving the overall safety and hygiene of poultry farming. By installing transport systems, the project intends to enhance handling practices, reduce dust emissions, and lower fuel consumption by 11%. The implementation period spans from 05 April 2022 to 31 December 2023.
