The project “Agroshield” aims to develop and launch an innovative ecological product made from recycled rubber granules, designed as a protective disc for saplings used in agriculture, urban landscaping, and municipal systems. Agroshield improves growth conditions for young trees by allowing water and fertilizers to pass directly through it, eliminating the need for removal during irrigation. Placed around the sapling, it prevents grass and unwanted root shoot growth, reduces mechanical damage caused by mowing, and protects the root system from freezing during winter. Its structure helps retain soil moisture in summer, reducing watering needs, while its weight ensures stability against wind. The project will be implemented through product finalization, production setup, pilot testing in real conditions, and preparation for market launch, with initial units donated to collect user feedback. Project success will be measured through production volume, water savings, reduced root sprouting, and stakeholder interest.
